    Condiment: Cranberry Ketchup

    List of Ingredients

    1 pound cranberries
    1 cup water
    1/2 cup molasses
    1/2 cup honey
    1/2 cup vinegar
    1/4 teaspoon allspice
    1/4 teaspoon cloves
    1 teaspoon salt

    Recipe

    Simmer cranberries in water until they pop and soften. Whiz in blender or food processor and add remaining ingredients. Simmer for 20 minutes. Cool and freeze or store in fridge up to 3 weeks.
