Veggies: Cranberry Stuffed Acorn Squash

List of Ingredients
1/2 cup cranberries (fresh or reconstituted dry)
1 small apple, chopped in 3/4" pieces
1/4 cup raisins
juice and grated rind of 1 small orange
1 1/2 tablespoons honey
1 dash salt
Recipe
Precook filling on stove and stuff into squash before serving. Bake the squash at 350ºF 1/2 hour face down in water, 2nd half hour upright. Pour in filling and serve.
