Leftover Turkey: Creamed Chicken or Turkey

2 cups chicken or turkey, cooked, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon paprika
1 dash cayenne pepper
1 cup cream
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon milk
Recipe
Season meat with salt and pepper to taste. Add paprika, cayenne, and 2 cups of your choice of dairy product(s). Cook in top of double boiler, over hot, not boiling, water for 15 minutes. Mix cornstarch with 1 T liquid and add to chicken mixture; stir until thickened. Serve over toast, toasted english muffins, fritters, etc.
