    1 3/4 cups skim milk
    1 tablespoon butter
    3/4 cup sugar
    1 1/4 cups egg substitute
    2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
    9 " pie crust, partially baked
    1 teaspoon ground nutmeg

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 375ºF. In a large saucepan, heat milk, butter and sugar over low heat until hot and butter melts; do not boil. Remove from heat. Whisk in egg substitute and vanilla. Pour into unbaked pie crust. Sprinkle nutmeg on top. Bake for 35 minutes or until filling is firm. Serve chilled.
