Desserts: Toasted Pecan Toffee Bars

Bar:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup LAND O LAKES® Butter, softened*
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup chopped pecans, toasted
1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
Topping Ingredients:
1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
1/4 cup chopped pecans, toasted Recipe
1. Heat oven to 350°F. Combine all bar ingredients except 3/4 cup pecans and 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips in large bowl. Beat at low speed, scraping bowl often, until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in 3/4 cup pecans and 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips by hand.
2. Press mixture onto bottom of greased 13x9-inch baking pan. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
3. Immediately sprinkle with 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips; let stand 5 minutes. Slightly swirl chips as they melt, leaving some whole for a marbled effect. Do not spread chips. Immediately sprinkle with 1/4 cup pecans. Cool completely. Cut into bars.
Makes 36 bars.
