    Desserts: Harvest Pumpkin Tarts

    14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
    1 1/4 cups cooked or canned pumpkin
    2 tablespoons brown sugar
    1 egg
    1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
    12 unbaked tart shells (3")

    Recipe

    Preheat oven to 375ºF. In a bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, pumpkin, brown sugar, egg, cinnamon and nutmeg. Pour evenly into tart shells. Bake for 18 minutes or until center is just set and pastry is golden. Cool; garnish with whipped topping, if desired. 12 tarts
