Soup: Hearty Turkey Noodle Soup

List of Ingredients
4 c turkey light meat -- cooked and cubed
3 qts water
2 pcs chicken bouillon cubes
1 clove garlic -- minced
3/4 tsp thyme
1 tsp parsley
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
3 c carrots -- sliced
2 c celery -- sliced
1 c onions -- chopped
12 ozs No Yolks(r) egg noodle substitute -- cooked
Recipe
In a stock pot, combine turkey, water, bouillon cubes, garlic, thyme, parsley, salt, and black pepper. Cover and bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer fifteen minutes. Add carrots, celery, and onions. Simmer 45 minutes more, or until vegetables are tender. Add noodles and stir until combined. Serves 12.
