List of Ingredients

1/3 cup butter
1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1 baked 9" pie shell
1 package vanilla pudding and pie filling
2 3/4 cups milk
1 envelope Dream Whip


Recipe

Heat butter, brown sugar and nuts in saucepan until melted. Spread in bottom of pie shell. Bake at 450ºF for 5 minutes. Cool. Prepare pie filling: mix with milk as directed for pie. Cook 5 minutes. Cool. Stirring occasionally, measure 1 cup pudding into pie shell. Prepare dream whip as directed, fold 1-1/3 cups into 1 cup of filling. Spread over pudding mix in pie shell. Chill, top with cool whip, nuts.
