Leftover Turkey: Turkey Fried Rice

List of Ingredients
cooked Turkey, diced 1-1/2 cups
cooked plain rice 3 cups
vegetable oil 1 tbsp
frozen green peas 1/2 cup
chopped green pepper 1/2 cup
chopped celery 1/2 cup
sliced green onion 1/4 cup
ground ginger 1/2 tsp
soy sauce 1/3 cup
Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp
egg, lightly beaten 1 Recipe
In a large non-stick saucepan, heat oil over medium-high heat. Saute all vegetables for about 2 minutes. Lower heat to medium and add turkey, ginger, Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add rice and mix well. Move mixture over to one side of pan making room to cook the egg. Swirl egg as it is cooking to break it up into pieces. Mix into rice and serve imediately.
Makes 4 Main course Servings (1-1/2 cups each)
