Leftover Turkey: Turkey & Black Bean Burritos

chopped cooked TURKEY 1 cup
black beans, undrained 1 can - 19oz
seasoning salt 1/2 tsp
dried oregano 1/2 tsp
dried basil 1/2 tsp
garlic powder 1/4 tsp
ground cumin 1/4 tsp
chopped fresh parsley 1 tbsp
flour tortillas 6 - large (10 inch) 6 - large
grated cheddar cheese 1 cup
chopped green onion 1/2 cup
salsa 1/2 cup
low-fat yogurt 1/2 cup
Recipe
In a saucepan over medium heat, combine black beans and dry seasonings. Bring to a boil, then add turkey and parsley. Mix thoroughly.
Reduce heat and cook 4-5 minutes until mixture starts to bubble and is heated through.
Spoon one sixth of the turkey mixture along the centre of each tortilla. Layer about 30 mL (2 tbsp) of cheese, then about 15 mL (1 tbsp) each of green onion, slasa and yogurt.
