    Desserts: Mountain Shadows Pumpkin Ginger Mousse

    List of Ingredients

    1 C. canned pumpkin
    3 C. whipped cream
    1 t. ginger
    1 t. cinnamon

    Recipe

    Put pumpkin in mixing bowl and fold in spices. Fold in whipped cream to spiced pumpkin mixture. Serve in a wine glass and top with whipped cream rosette.

    Makes 4 4-oz servings.
