Potato: Holiday Potatoes

8 large potatoes, peeled, cut up
1 cup celery, chopped
1 cup onions, chopped
2 sticks margarine or butter
salt & pepper, to taste
garlic powder, to tasteRecipe
Boil potatoes until cooked. Mash and whip. Saute the onions and celery in the margarine for 5-7 minutes. Mix with the potatoes. Put in casserole dish, bake uncovered at 350 for 25- 30 minutes. Mushrooms can be added if you like.
