    List of Ingredients




        Giblets and neck of turkey, boiled and chopped
    2/3 cup Diced apples
    1 cup Chopped celery
    10 cup Soft bread crumbs
    1/4 cup Chopped parsley
    1/3 Chopped onion
    1/4 tsp Pepper
    1/3 cup Butter or margarine, melted
    3/4 tsp Salt
    1 Egg, beaten
        Sage, to taste
    1/4 tsp Poultry seasoning, optional
    1/2 cup Turkey broth

    Recipe



    Combine all ingredients. Stuff turkey or shape mixture into balls and place on greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until lightly browned. YIELD: Stuffing for 10-pound turkey
