Dessert Kool Aid Sherbet

1 cup sugar
1 envelope unsweetened Kool aid
3 cups milkRecipe
In a bowl, stir sugar, Kool-Aid and milk in a bowl until sugar is dissolved. Pour into 8x8 Saran wrap-lined pan. Freeze for 1 hour or until slightly thickened. Take out of freezer and transfer to a mixing bowl and stir until very smooth. Discard Saran wrap and line pan with a fresh sheet of Saran. Return to freshly-lined pan and freeze until firm. Remove from freezer 20 minutes before serving. Makes about 3 1/2 cups
