3 1/4 cups flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1 package active dry yeast
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup warm water (120 degrees)
1 tablespoon butter, melted
1 can pizza sauce
12 slices pepperoni sausage
1 package thinly sliced cooked pastrami, chopped
1 package thin sliced cooked ham, chopped
3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

In a mixing bowl, combine 2 1/4 c flour, yeast, sugar and salt. Add water and butter, mix well. Add enough remaining flour to form a soft dough. Turn onto a floured surface; knead for 4 minutes. Roll dough into a 14x10 in rectangle. Cut with a 3 in round cookie cutter. Reroll scraps to cut a total of 24 circles. Place 1 tsp pizza sauce and a slice of pepperoni in the center of 12 circles. Combine pastrami, ham and cheese place equal amounts over pepperoni. Top with 1/2 tsp pizza sauce if desired. Cover with remaining dough circles. Pinch edges to seal. Place on greased baking sheets. Brush with egg. Bake at 400ºF for 20-25 minutes or until browned. Yield: 12 servings
