2 tablespoons tamari soy sauce
1 teaspoon mustard powder
1/4 teaspoon ginger powder
1 pinch wasabi powder
1/4 cup chopped fresh herbs (thyme, basil, parsley -- chives)
8 ounces softened cream cheese
1 pound mashed tofu
1 1/2 cups grated mild cheddar cheese
1 cup minced black olivesRecipe
Combine all ingredients and shape into balls.
