Chicken Rice Fruit Salad

List of Ingredients
5 cups chicken, cooked and cubed
2 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons orange juice
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 tablespoon salt
11 ounces mandarin oranges, drained
13 ounces pineapple tidbits, drained
1 cup toasted slivered almonds
1 1/2 cups small green grapes
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
1 1/2 cups celery, sliced
3 cups cooked rice
Recipe
Combine chicken, oil, orange juice, vinegar and salt. Let stand while preparing remaining salad ingredients. Toss all together and chill.
