    The Vegetarian Lunchbasket

    List of Ingredients




    1/4 pound tofu
    1/4 cup milk
    2/3 cup flour
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon baking powder
    1 cup corn

    Recipe



    Puree milk and tofu together. Mix in remaining ingredients and stir in the corn. Drop walnut-sized pieces in hot oil and cool until golden. Drain on paper towels. Serve hot. Serve with maple syrup or sweet and sour sauce.
