    6 fat free hotdogs
    3 slices American cheese -- cut into 4 strips
    1 can refrigerated pizza crust
    1/2 cup spaghetti sauce, heated

    Slit each hot dog lengthwise to within 1/2 inch of each end; place 2 cheese strips in each slit. Gently pat pizza crust into a 12x8 rectangle, then cut into 6 rectangles (each about 6x2 1/2 inches). Place 1 hot dog, cheese side down, in center of each dough rectangle. Wrap dough around hot dogs, covering completely and pinching sides and ends to seal. Place, seam side down, on a cookie sheet which has been sprayed with nonstick spray. If desired, brush dough with beaten egg white. Bake at 425ºF for 6 to 9 minutes or until lightly golden. Serve with warm spaghetti sauce for dipping. Serves 6
