    List of Ingredients




    1/4 cup tahini
    1 teaspoon tamari or soy sauce
    3 tablespoons hot water
    juice of 1 lemon
    1 avocado
    1/4 teaspoon paprika

    Recipe



    Keep this in covered container until time to eat; air exposure causes avocado to brown. Mix the tahini, tamari, water and juice. Add the avocado and paprika, mash well. Use as a spread for tortillas, crackers, corn chips, etc.
