3 cups milk
2 baked sweet potatoes, peel, mash
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup cornstarch
1 pinch saltRecipe
Mix all together and simmer, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens. Pour into containers and sprinkle with nutmeg. Alternatively, use 2 cups butternut squash rather than sweet potato, replace honey with 3/4 cup molasses and add 1/4 tsp each ginger, cinnamon and cloves.
