    List of Ingredients




    1 8 ounces can lima beans
    1 8 ounces can kidney beans
    1 8 ounces can green beans
    1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
    2 tablespoons honey
    1/4 cup water
    2 tablespoons frozen apple juice concentrate
    3 tablespoons minced onion
    3 tablespoons minced parsley

    Recipe



    Drain all beans and combine in large bowl. Stir vinegar, honey, water and apple juice concentrate together in small bowl. Pour vinegar mix over beans and mix well. Add rest of ingredients. Chill before packing (preferably overnight). Yields: 4 one cup servings.
