5 pounds beef roast (round, english cut, etc)
15 ounces tomato sauce
2/3 cup mustard
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup cider vinegar
2 tablespoons red hot sauce (not Tabasco)
2 tablespoons instant minced onionRecipe
Trim fat from meat. Place in greased large pan. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over meat. Bake at 325ºF uncovered for 2 hours. Cover and bake 2 hours longer. Shred meat and stir into sauce. Serve on buns.
