List of Ingredients
2 each Steaks strip,rib eye,t-bone
1 each Garlic clove
1 can Mushrooms sliced, 2-2 1/2 oz
1/3 cup Beer
1 tablespoon Flour
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1 dash Pepper Recipe
Rub steaks with cut surface of garlic cloves. Broil 2 to 3 inches from heat until done as desired. Meanwhile, drain mushroom liquid into measuring cup. Add enough beer to measure 2/3 cup total liquid. Pour 2 tablespoons steak drippings into sauce pan; stir in flour, salt, and pepper until smooth. Stir in beer mixture. Cook stirring constantly until thickened and smooth. Add drained mushrooms; heat through. Pour beer-mushroom sauce over steak and potatoes.
