Baked Beef Stroganoff

1 teaspoon oil
1 pound beef top round steak, trimmed of fat
cut into thin strips
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
10 ounces beef broth
4 1/2 ounces drained sliced mushrooms
1 teaspoon paprika
4 1/2 cups uncooked medium egg noodles (8 oz)
8 ounces sour creamRecipe
Heat oven to 350ºF. Heat oil in large ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Add beef, onion and garlic; cook and stir about 4 minutes or until beef is no longer pink. Add soup, broth, mushrooms and paprika; mix well and cover. Bake at 350ºF for 45-55 minutes or until beef is tender. Just before serving, cook noodles to desired doneness as directed n package. Drain. Stir sour cream into beef mixture and serve over noodles. Sprinkle with paprika. Serves 4.
