    2 pounds chuck roast cubed
    1 cup burgundy wine
    1 can French onion soup (10 3/4 ounce)
    1/4 cup bread crumbs
    1 bay leaf
    Hot cooked noodles

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350°F.  Spray a 3-quart casserole with non-stick vegetable spray. In prepared casserole, combine meat, burgundy, onion soup, bread crumbs, and bay leaf; toss to mix well.  Cover. Bake 2-1/2 to 3 hours or until meat is tender and sauce has thickened.  Serve over noodles.
