List of Ingredients
1/2 pound top round steak 1 inch thick
2 tbl Soy Sauce
1 tbl olive oil
2 tbl balsamic vinegar
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
black pepper to tasteRecipe
1. Put all ingredients, except meat, in a container fitted with a lid; cover and shake.
2. Pour the marinade over the top round steak and cover.
3. Marinate in the refrigerator for 4 hours or overnight, turning the meat occasionally.
4. Grill or broil until done as desired.
5. Slice thinly.
