Barbecue Brisket Roast

4 pounds trimmed brisket
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon garlic salt
2 tablespoons liquid smoke
1 teaspoon onion salt
1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons celery salt
1 bottle barbecue sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons saltRecipe
Place brisket in greased, covered baking dish. Marinate in refrigerator overnight in seasonings and liquid smoke. Allow to come to room temperature. Pour over Worcestershire sauce, cover and cook 4 hours at 275ºF. Last hour, pour barbecue sauce over. Continue cooking until tender and done.
