    2 pounds Stew meat
    1 cup Onion chopped
    1/2 Green pepper chopped
    1 clove Garlic minced
    3/4 teaspoon Chili powder
    1 teaspoon Cinnamon
    1 tablespoon Brown sugar
    1 teaspoon Salt
    1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
    1/4 teaspoon Cayenne
    2 cups Ketchup
    1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
    1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
    1 1/2 tablespoons Vinegar
    1 1/2 cups Stock or bouillon

    Recipe



    Bring to boil, cover and simmer until meat falls to pieces. Serve with toasted buns and french fries.
