    List of Ingredients




    1 1/2-1 3/4 lb. flank steak
    1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
    1 cup sliced mushrooms
    5 green onions, thin sliced
    1/4 c water
    1/2 package beef broth
    4 oz. plain yogurt
    1 tablespoon flour
    2 teaspoons dijon mustard

    Recipe





    Rub pepper on both side of steak. Broil 6-8 minutes each side. Combine mushrooms thru beef froth and cook until mushrooms are tender. Mix yogurt with flour and mustard. Stir into mushroom mixture. Cool and stir until thickened. Slice steak and top with Dijon sauce. It certainly didn't taste like there was yogurt in it either. I would use more spices than what the recipe called for.
