    2 tablespoons oil
    2 pounds top sirloin steak
    sliced thinly across the grain
    2 tablespoons sesame seeds
    1 cup mayonnaise
    1/4 cup yellow mustard

    Recipe



    Tips: If you have trouble with the sauce separating, combine ingredients and bring to room temperature. Heat oil in large skillet until very hot. Add meat and 1 Tbsp sesame seeds and cook, stirring until meat just loses its redness. Remove meat from heat and keep warm. In small saucepan, gently heat mayonnaise, mustard and remaining 1 Tbsp sesame seeds. Serve sauce on the side as a dip for the meat.
