List of Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds ground beef (Angus)
1/2 cup bread crumbs
2 tablespoons dried onion flakes
2 tablespoons dried parsley flakes (or less if desired)
1/2 cup skim milk
1 jar beef gravy
1 cup beef broth
4 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
4 tablespoons ketchup
beef bouillon granules (to taste)


Recipe

Preheat oven to 350¼F. Prepare an oven safe casserole with lid. In large bowl, combine meat, breadcrumbs, onion flakes, parsley, milk, and salt and pepper. Can add other seasonings, fresh herbs to taste. Form into 5 patties, and place in prepared baking dish. In small bowl, combine gravy, bouillon, ketchup, Worcestershire, and pepper. Spoon over patties. Cover and bake for 1 hour. Good with baked potato and steamed veggies.
