3 1/2 pounds beef tenderloin
1 teaspoon white pepper
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon thyme
1 tablespoon seasoned salt
1/4 teaspoon oreganoRecipe
Place beef on large sheet of aluminum, and rub with thyme. Sprinkle with mixture of pepper, seasoned salt, garlic salt, and oregano. Wrap and refrigerate 10-12 hours. Place in cooking pan and sprinkle with Worcestershire. After 2 hours, add 1 c. water. Cook at 400�F for 20-25 minutes for very rare.
