1 1/2 pounds round steak
2 beaten eggs
2 tablespoons milk
1/4 cup fats
1 cup fine cracker crumbs
salt and pepperRecipe
Cut steaks into serving pieces. Mix eggs, milk and salt and pepper. Dip meat into egg mixture then into cracker crumbs. Handle carefully and brown on both sides in hot fat. Cook covered in fry pan over low heat 50-60 minutes or in oven at 325ºF for 1 hour.
