Meatballs: Crescent Mother's Fabulous Meatballs

List of Ingredients
3 pound lean ground beef
1 cup applesauce
1 1/2 cups soft bread crumbs
2 eggs, beaten
2 onions, finely chopped
salt and pepper to taste
all purpose flour
cooking oil
1 1/3 cups ketchup
2/3 cup chicken stock
Recipe
Combine first six ingredients and form into balls. Roll meatballs in flour and brow in oil in large skillet. Transfer to a baking dish. Combine ketchup and stock. Pour over meatballs. Cover tightly and bake at 350ºF for 40 minutes, stirring once or twice. Yield: 10-12 servings.
