    3 pounds hamburger
    1/4 cup chopped onion
    2 tablespoons fat
    2 1/2 tablespoons vinegar
    6 tablespoons water
    1 bottle ketchup
    1/4 cup brown sugar
    2 cups chopped celery
    1 tablespoon dry mustard
    1 tablespoon salt

    Recipe



    Brown hamburber and onion in fat. Add remaining ingredients and simmer until done. YIELD: 25 servings. Serve on buns.
