Easy Roast Beef and Gravy

1 roast (3-5 lb.)
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soupRecipe
Place roast in large piece of heavy foil. Empty soup mix over meat, add soup. Close foil over top of meat. Cook at 300-350ºF about 45 minutes per pound.
