    Hamburger Cutlets Parmesan

    List of Ingredients




    2 lb lean ground beef
    1 tbl chopped parsley
    1 tsp seasoned salt
    1/4 tsp pepper
      flour
      dry Italian bread crumbs
    2 eggs beaten
    6 slc Monterey Jack or Mozzarella cheese
    1 jar spaghetti sauce with mushrooms (15 oz.)
    2 tbl grated Parmesan cheese

    Recipe



    Mix beef with parsley, salt and pepper. Shape into 6 patties. Coat both sides with flour, then dip in egg, and coat well with bread crumbs. Fry in hot oil till browned on both sides. Arrange in 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Top each patty with a slice of cheese. Pour spaghetti sauce over all and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake, uncovered at 400ºF for 25 minutes.
