15 ounces extra lean ground beef
3 tablespoons chopped onion
3 tablespoons chopped green bell pepper
6 ounces tomato paste -- canned
1 tablespoon horseradish
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon sugar
1 dash celery salt
1 dash garlic powder
4 hamburger buns -- low calorieRecipe
In large non stick skillet, saute beef, onion, and pepper, breaking up beef with spatula. Cook until meat is no longer pink, about 5 minutes. Drain any excess fat. Add remaining ingredients and 1/2 cup water and stir to combine; heat through. Serves 4.
