    1/2 cup ketchup
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    2 tablespoons vinegar
    1/2 cup water
    2 cloves garlic
    2 tablespoons soy sauce
    2 tablespoons cayenne pepper
    1/2 teaspoon cumin
    1 tablespoon oil
    2 pounds beef large rib, roasted

    Preheat oven to 350ºF. In saucepan combine first 8 ingredients. meanwhile, in skillet, heat oil and saute beef ribs and season with salt and pepper. Place ribs in baking dish, coat with sauce, and cook for 1 1/4 hours, stirring often.
