List of Ingredients
1/4 cup flour
2 teaspoons mustard powder
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
3 pounds round steak, trimmed
1/4 cup shortening
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauceRecipe
Combine flour, mustard, salt, and pepper on plate. Coat meat with dry mixture. In skillet, brown both sides of coated meat in melted shortening. Add water and Worcestershier sauce to meat in skillet. Simmer, covered, over low heat, for 1 1/4 hours. Serves 8
