Beef Stroganoff Casserole 2

List of Ingredients
1 lb. hamburger
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 tea pon pepper
1 teaspoon oil
8 oz. sliced mushrooms
1 large onion chopped
1/4 cup dry white wine
cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
4 cups Cooked egg noodles Recipe
Heat oven to 350. Spray a 13x9 baking dish with non-stick cooking oil.Cook beef over medium high heat. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Set aside. Heat oil and add mushrooms, onion and garlic. Saute and stir for 2 minutes, or until onion is tender. Add wine. Reduce heat and simmer 3 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in soup, sour cream and mustard. Add the beef. Place noodles in the dish. Pour beef mixture over. Stir until noodles are coated. Bake unovered 30 minutes. Serves 6
