3 cups cooked rice
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
1 frying chicken, cut up
1 package dry onion soup mix
Recipe
Into a greased 9x13 pan, place the cooked rice. Heat the 2 soups together with the milk. Pour over the rice. Lay pieces of chicken on top and sprinkle with onion soup. Seal pan with tin foil. Bake at 325ºF for 1 hour.
