Chicken Lover's Pizza Casserole

1 3/4 cups chunky tomato sauce (15 oz can)
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup diced cooked chicken breast
1/4 cup sliced ripe olives
2 cups hot cooked rice
1/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheeseRecipe
Preheat oven to 375ºF. Spray an 8x8 baking dish with olive-oil flavored cooking spray. In large bowl, combine tomato sauce, Italian seasoning and Parmesan. Add chicken, olives and rice; mix well to combine. Evenly spread mix into prepared baking dish. Bake 20-25 minutes. Evenly sprinkle mozzarella cheese over top. Continue baking 8-10 minutes or til cheese melted. Let set 5 minutes, then divide into 4 servings.
