Chicken & Rice with Sour Cream Sauce

2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast halves
16 ounces sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 packages boil in bag rice -- (2 to 3)Recipe
Start cooking rice so that it will be done at the same time chicken is done. Bake chicken, covered in cream of mushroom soup, for 1 hour or until done. When chicken is done remove chicken breasts to platter. Pour drippings and soup from chicken into a small pan and add sour cream. Cook on low until sour cream is melted and well mixed. Serve with rice and pour sauce over chicken and rice.
