1 cup quick cooking rice
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 teaspoon curry powder
4 skinless boneless chicken breast
parsley, dill and essence to tasteRecipe
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Mix in bowl the rice, condensed soups, curry and seasonings. After mixing thoroughly, pour into a 9x13 inch casserole dish. Lay chicken breasts on top and bake for 30 minutes.
