    4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves cut into chunks
    2 cups minute white rice, uncooked
    2 cups milk
    3/4 pound Velveeta cheese, cut up
    10 ounces frozen chopped broccoli -- thawed, drained
    1/2 cup Miracle Whip

    Recipe



    Mix all ingredients in 12x8-inch baking dish. Bake at 375ºF for 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
