Crunchy Beef Bake Casserole

2 cups uncooked corkscrew macaroni
1 lb. ground beef
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed
cream of mushroom soup
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can whole tomatoes
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
3/4 cup green peppers (optional)
3/4 tsp. seasoned salt
1 (3-oz.) can French fried onionsRecipe
Cook macaroni; drain. Brown ground beef; drain fat. Combine all ingredients, except French fried onions. Pour into greased 2-quart casserole. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Uncover and top with French fried onions and bake for 5 minutes longer.
YIELD: 4-6 Servings
