Double Cheese & Ham Casserole

List of Ingredients
2 cup elbow macaroni
2 lb cottage cheese
1 c sour cream (1 to 1/2)
2 eggs lightly beaten
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbl onion grated
4 cup cheddar cheese shredded
1 cup ham cooked & diced
2 cloves garlic minced
1 lrg tomato cut into wedgesRecipe
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Cook the macaroni and drain well. Combine with all remaining ingredients except the tomatoes and pour into a 3-qt casserole. Bake 40 minutes, top with tomato wedges and bake another 15 minutes. Serve with a green salad & crusty garlic bread. Serves 8.
