2 cups whole kernel corn, rinse and drain
1/2 cup fine chopped onion
1 1/2 cups fine diced ham
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 cup crushed Ritz crackersRecipe
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Spray an 8x8 pan with butter flavor cooking spray. In large bowl, combine corn, onion and ham. Add soup, mustard and parsley; mix well to combine, then stir in crushed crackers. Pour mix into prepared baking dish. Bake for 30-35 minutes. Place dish on wire rack and allow to cool 2-3 minutes. Divide into 6 servings.
